BEFORE ORDERING OR PURCHASING PLEASE READ OUR POLICY ON BOTH RETURNS & CUSTOM ORDERS

 

Returns

Our main goal is to provide you and your home with great services and products.  Products purchased in the studio are subject to be returned if the following criteria are met...

1. Packaging has not been opened for all items that arrive with professional sealing. Return has a deadline of 2 business days from purchase.

2. Odor Neutralizer Spray Nozzle is no longer working, we will replace the nozzle but the bottle and content can not be returned once purchased.

3. If items are taken out of the studio on a match or approval basis only and a credit card and/or payment has not been processed.  4. For approvals to be taken there must be a major credit card put on file from the customer. All items must be returned in the  condition in which they were removed from the studio. If larger items are being taken on approval a professional moving service must be arranged and paid for by the client for pick up and returning to the studio.

5. Candles are not eligible for returns. Dried Flowers are not eligible for return. 

6. Pillows must be pre-approved/credit card on file for taking on approval and must be returned within 24 hours, sorry no weekend approvals for pillows or other soft goods including artwork, furniture and rugs.

7. No refunds on Curated Home Style gift cards/certificate and/or credits applied for other individuals to use.

8. If a customer takes an item for their personal approval and return, a designer can not represent them for the purchase to receive a designer discount. The designer must check out the approval item, use her form of payment and have a Resale Tax Form on File with Curated Home Style.

Custom Orders

Our Custom Order Products cover a wide range of home interior and home remodeling product lines and services. Please read our Custom Order Criteria so that you can answer any question you may have regarding your custom order and/or custom services.

1. All custom orders do require either a 100% Deposit before ordering  fabric, wallpaper, trim, hardware and custom furniture.

2. Custom Labor for upholstery and drapery, bedding and pillows require a 60% Deposit on the labor services before started.

3. Custom ordering furniture requires 65% deposit for the furniture itself to be ordered and 100% payment upfront on shipping before the order is placed. There is no returning Custom Products or Items because of "change of mind". We will do our best to help you style this product to the best of our ability.

4. Home Remodeling and Updating requires a 50% deposit in order for the service to be scheduled.  If large amounts of product is to be ordered then each job will become an individual based project and a specific deposit will be required  before the job is started.

5. No returns on fabric, trim, wallpaper with no exceptions unless is damaged by the manufacturer or damaged in shipping then a claim to the shipper must be maid before a refund can be issued.  

6. No returns on custom furniture with no exceptions.

7. No refusal of payment for custom upholstery and drapery products, no exceptions due to we  have to many forms that will require a signature making acknowledgment and acceptance of the special order or custom job a priority and therefore no returns or rejections can be allowed.

8.  If Curated Home Style is contracted to order any product and the customer has acknowledged and agreed to the cost/price there will be no price matching before accepting delivery. We do not acknowledge online products as first or as the same quality of the product we sell.

9. Curated Home Style warranty will only cover products and services Curated Home Style custom makes, installs and/or sells with installation. All Cash & Carry Products carry no warranty through Curated Home Style other than the warranty issued by the manufacturer if Curated Home Style has not installed the product through it's entire installation.

10. Without exception all Final Balance Due is to be paid in full before delivery of custom products themselves. All installation final payments due are due upon the day that the installation is completed.
